About 2-3 years ago, a friend told me about a game called 'condition zero'. I typed in CS 1.6 in google, and it came up with CS2D. I realized I was playing on the wrong game the day after when he told me, but I never did get CS 1.6.
I stuck with CS2D.

So, when I first started playing CS2D, I had recently just been on (for the first time) CoD5 Nazi Zombies. I tried to remake the first map (nacht der untoten) without scripts, and I failed ..hard. So from then on for about a year all I wanted from CS2D was a script from which you can buy weapons off a wall, open doors for money, and eventually create perks. Then, about a year ago, Burex brought out his 'nacht der untoten' map and script. I spent about 5 hours a day for about a week just playing on it. (It was in the holidays) I took one look at the script, before making my first map, 'nzm_snow'. I then spent ages playing that map too. I then made more and more maps, Improving all the time. Eventually my last map came out, 'nzm_prone', which includes all the perks, has 18 guns to buy off the wall, 3 random boxes, 3 different perks, 7 doors and operatable triple turrets. I know I'm not a big hit, but I loved what I did.

If your name was not included and yet you did something that is in this mod, say so in the comments. There are also many random sprites that I did not use, but they are still in 'gfx' folder.

Instructions
You start in the first room. You must press use (default key 'E') on any of the gun drawings on the wall, once you have the correct amount of money for it. The more the weapon costs, the better the gun is. You also press 'use' (default key 'E') on door switches, to unlock new rooms which will have better guns and possibly a random box. A random box is used by also pressing USE, (default key 'E')but it is a gamble. It costs 950 (on most maps) and you have no idea what you might be getting. It may be a Kar98k worth 200 points, or it might be the Raygun, worth about 20000 points. In a few maps there are perks, use them (they are the lit-up machines) to have an advantage on a normal survivor. EG: QuickRevive gives you 180-250 max health limit, whereas Juggernaut gives you Armour, and speedcola makes you faster. You kill Zombies to get points (may vary from 90-110 per kill).

Awesome mod (thanks for crediting me!) and general presentation.

Though, just a little niggle~ The fact that there are killtiles right next to where the zombies pour in through make it quite annoying when I first thought I could go through them (only to die).
Perhaps some one-way teleports should be set in order?

I do know about info_botnode, it's just that, in zombies, the CT spawner is always the priority to go to as a zombie.
-That's very kind of you, but last night night I thought of something that would include the lua, as well as map entity's to get rid of the zombie death thingy (that is now it's official name ;)). It would probably be a little more simple.
-You would be doing me a huge favour if you could upload the sounds just for a day, so I can quickly download them.
-I will download you most updated version of your 'NachtDerUntoten_666' and put it in the actual mod this time, (last time I forgot 2 maps) first I will edit the script that goes with it (unless you have already done this) and I will also be adding a new map, nzm_ghost.
Terrorized666, when I bring out nazi zombies 2D V1.1, I will include your name as co-maker, because, without you uploading your nachtderuntoten_666, (and without Burex's script) I never would've carried on with the whole thing. Thank you.

@fizzykil - You do remember that there is an entitie called 'Info_BotNode' which does exactly what you think it does.

And as for having zombies spawn when a new section is unlocked, I also have a way to do that without the zombie death thingy (or what ever you want to call it) that I have done on all my zombie maps (Monastery_666 and NatchDerUntoten_666). If you want fizzykil, I could do some of my magical editing that requires no Lua to the levels for yah if you really wanted, but I'm not going to download the current huge file... I could wait for the next version. And I could also add in all the tons of sounds from the actual CoD NZ games (which I happen to have a resource file of <.< >.>) but then you will have to go through and remove all the unnecessary files first. Just let me know what you think.

I could also throw in my updated version of my NatchDerUntoten_666 level.

To change the sound you msut go into the lua script and edit from there. I don't have any time left to explain right now, I will edit this tomorrow.

Good Luck man!
Just be careful about the speed, don't want the zombies moving so fast that you just get mobbed lol.
So have a cap or a limit to how fast they can get (if you want).

What I meant for a possible solution, was to have that spawn spot or area not possible for a Survivor or Zombie to be able to spawn at, UNTIL the door for those specific areas are open. But what do I know? I'm not a lua scripter. So I'm not even sure if that would work =/

Well, I don't want to turn this into a forum, so I'm off to play NZM.

PS: How do you change the volume for whenever it ends the round? A bit too loud (100/1.0), I found all the sound entity's except for the one that plays after Zombies win.

Thanks for the lengthy comment, you have no idea how much this helped.
Replies:
-The Ammo-
It appears several people don't like the infinite ammo now, when I release V1.1 Alpha, I will change this.

-Spawn Death-
The CT deaths: The CT spawn points act as great botnodes (so all the zombies don't just go to 1 room) but therefore I must kill a CT when he/she spawns there, to stop them being in a room they have not yet unlocked. Currently there is no possible solution to this, unless I make it so as soon as a CT has moved in the main room, They will not have a 'spawn death' again. But this wouldn't be fully solving the problem and it would take me something like 2 hours to do this for every map. I am trying to think/find a possible solution, but sadly, Players must put up with it for now :(.

The T deaths:
This is actually to stop a zombie from having to walk miles to get to the room with the survivors in, just to be shot and have the long walk again. This one helps, trust me ;).

-Zombies-
I have a vague idea in my head to create 'Random classed zombies'. The zombie would get a random speed and maxhealth, but I actually think it's better that I just keep the Random speed (Max Speed of quickest random zombie class increases every round) and increase the max health by 10+ for each zombie every round. But before any of that happens, I must have 'rounds' in every map. (Currently in about 4).

-PS:- If I'm honest, I don't even know which files are which. But I'm pretty sure it's just the tiles and the '[A]' and '[B]' GFX. There may however be a few others.

Nazi Zombies 2D V1.1 will be out in 2-7 days. I have a lot more free-time now because I have the summer holiday.

I've been looking for something like Nazi Zombies on cs2d. Only other thing that came close was Terrorized666's work. I was surprised that you uploaded your whole cs2d file which was 92MB uncompressed.

-The Ammo-
However, next time can you please add powerups such as maxammo. Since having unlimited ammo meant the gameplay was too easy as I could camp with the spas. And when I turn off unlimited, I had to constantly buy wall guns. Maybe Max Ammo can be spawned by a zombie dropping it after death, once in a while?

-Spawn Death-
Also as a suggestion, it was quite annoying to have zombies constantly killed by the map or me as the Survivor whenever I spawned. So as a request is it possible to have in the lua to only BE ABLE to spawn there IF door (trigger/variable) is open?

-Zombies-
Is it possible to make them run faster? Or even sprint when it spots the player like NZM? Also have them gain max hp when the level/round increases. Such as HP = Level(hp gain) + HP? However it is ultimately up to you.

Mhm I don't really know much about lua so I shouldn't be talking

PS: Can you give me a hint which files are which? It appears some of them are actual random gaming files included. I wanna move these to my cs2d folder

But that can't be helped until your next release, so seeing all the effort and work you've done. These files have earned a spot in my cs2d folder...5/5!

I will be adding more things to it soon! Thanks for all the downloads, as I spent a very long time on this. (You will be suprised, but finding the co-ordinates on the map to put in the script, and thinking of a correct weapon price and damage and putting it in the script, is not the fun part .. ;))

Just keep dieing until you spawn in the starting room. Then reset your score. I know it's annoying, but those spawns act as great botnodes.
