Baked Potatoes
Chilie Fries
Potato Salad
those are just some ways to enjoy eating potatoes
Try working out, you are going to want keep working out until you feel a little bit tired, then take a 1 minute break and go back to it.
Lifting weights should help increase muscle mass which is healthier than gaining just fat. But you still need to eat alot so you gain fat so you can have something to burn off. Otherwise you will be burning off muscle instead, and we don't want that. That burn you may feel is called latic acid build up. Latic acid is a good thing in most cases, it help you digest food, burn off fat, but it also can make your throat hurt. There has been numerous times when someone has a "acid reflex". They will start to cough and breathe more heavily. What you want to do is por yourself a tall glass of milk. I personally don't know any ways to avoid it, I never bothered to learn the whole thing.
So this might help you in weight gain, I already gained 10 pounds in 1 month by doing those steps.
If you want, you could also purchase vitamins or protein whey. They are full of nutrients and can help you gain weight/muscle mass.
And I thought I was the only one with this... I eat alot and I don't do much sports, just sit here in front of my PC, but I'm still so skinny. Well, I guess that's nice since I never get fat (a regular person would be obese if they lived the same way I do lol).
But it's a bit frustrating not gaining some wait.

Seriously, go hit the gym. Start eating food containing protein. Like, a lot of it. That way, you will start gaining weight, but due to your muscle mass growing.
I just happen to have the same predicament he has, its a common one. Its because we have different metabolisms, some are high some are low and others are just right. I personally think it is better that high metabolism is becoming more common. Cause there are to many fat people in USA
Well, your probably an ectomorph if you're skinny all the time. I have a mesomorph type of body. Your metabolism rate is so high that eating anything just doesn't affect your body at all.
I recommend you be eating more food with a high calorific value and do some intense workouts in short intervals. Like lifting very heavy weights in a short while and then rest for a while. Since you don't have much fats, toning muscle is all you need to focus on.

You are either extremely short or, as was mention earlier by someone, an ectomorph. You could also be a slow developer, one of my friends in primary school was very skinny and short until he turned 15, when he sort of just grew like 60cm in five or six months.
I weigh at 130 right now, are you seriously weighing 49 lbs? that is far below the charts for age 14 even at the lowest height. You might have a desiese or something, this next suggestion might be a bit rational. But have you thought of asking your parents for surgery? There are some special procedures they will perform to make you weigh more than you do now, so it could reduce your metabolism.
