id- What's up with that?
Yates: Probably because some commands don't actually require id. Actually, the majority of them.It would be slightly faster if it was an optional param but whatever.

Masea: IKR. I thought it would be easy cause you could do weather effects (especially fog/dust) on the go, otherwise you'd have to pre-define them in every position you might want to have them in.Or looping map with palms...
Rainoth: Yet how do I now find out who used a console command or used the console input? The idparameter is a pretty obvious thing to have.

parse is just a server-side command handler, if you want to know who used a rcon command you'd have to use
rcon.There is no way to handle commands used by the client, and even if there was, it shouldn't be

Masea: Why don't you take player's position, check player angle and then check if the player is behind you..?

Masea: Don't just assign people to accomplish your needs while you can implement them yourself. @
DC already gave you the capability to apply Lua scripts, so try to make some scripts to squash your desire.
