Now for more unique ones:

Kamikaze - Die by your planted bomb whilst you're the terrorist
Phew... - Defuse the bomb in the last second
The crazy engineer - Do 1000 turret, gatefield, barbed wire kills
Aced - Score an pentakill (this'd work only in a detected 5v5 match)
The new era - Score X laser kills
No scope - Do a no scope kill
The lone survivor - Survive in a round with only 1 hp left
Chatkiller - Kill someone while they're typing (they'd have the chat window open tho)

It would be easy to trick or fool the system with scripts and such. This feature would only work if it were available only to quick play servers. Not even quick play servers, those can also be easily abused even just for a fraction of seconds, for this feature to work, it would need to available only for servers running no lua scripts and probably a limited set of maps.

Achievements like, spend X time in the game, log Y days consecutively, play on Z different servers or play all gamemodes, would be much fair and nicer.

For certain achievements I can just add some special conditions to make it a bit harder to trick the system. e.g. you have to play on an online server with at least X real human players otherwise your actions won't count.

Of course you'll still be able to trick the system. It's not very cool but we have to live with this fact. So I won't discard ideas for achievements just because it's too easy to get them with tricks.

Needed something that won't be easily faked with lua, such as:
-Throw 50 HEgrenades
-Throw 50 Snowballs
-Throw 1000 Grenades in total
-Shoot 250 times with AWP (but weaponconfig -.-)
-Fire 50000 bullets

It would require time. Throwing grenades and AWP firing have cooldown, so it won't be faked with lua, the only ways is easily equip you grenades, but anyway throwing them would take time.
Grenades 2
-Throw 250 HEgrenades
-Throw 200 Snowballs
etc.
-Throw 5000 Grenades in total.
___
-Plant 300 mines
-Plant 300 lasermines
-Upgrade 5000 points
-Fix 5000 points
-Build 2500 barbed wires using wrench menu
-Spend 1m$ in the Buy menu
-Throw 50 satchels
-Throw 150 satchels

It also would require time to throw satchels, since we can't imitate throwing with attack' hook and/or decrease fire rate(of throwing, not such as glock etc). We may not count buildattempt' fix/upgrade as 100 or more % at once. Buying.. we may setmoney each time and click binds for buying, but we need to drop items(also using strip would work). But 1m$ is not a low number.

Shoot an enemy off-screen.
Play a game with Fog of War on the Standart mode.
Kill a player using the Laser, flamethrower etc.
Upgrade a turret to level 3.
Build a Super Supply.
Kill a player with a machete while wearing the Stealth Suit.

Super supply is okay.
Anyway playing the game is not actual because the game exists from 2004? and somebody still play this game but never count play-time. On steam it will be different.

But still some logical ones such as:
-Defuse the bomb w/o defuse kit
-Plant the bomb (w/o defuse kit , okno)
and something like:
-Buy p228 and not drop it until you die
-Rush B
-Do suicide (not irl)

I think the fact that most achievements can be obtained with tricks should not be a determining factor whether or not certain achievements are in the game. A bonus thing is that, like user DC said, certain things can be done to make those tricks harder, and I agree.

The reason I say this is because Steam achievements are just for looks, they're just aesthetic, you don't gain anything in the game or on Steam with them (not even XP!). They're just there, in your profile, where you can show off, and that's it. So if players use tricks to fool the system and get achievements easily, that's on them, they'll have to live with the fact they had to cheat to get X or Y achievement instead of legitimately.

Basically, the best thing is that achievements, regardless of how they're obtained, will not affect other players, hence why I don't think we should pay much attention to whether or not tricks are possible, since they always will for all games (like user DC said), what can be done is making cheating/tricks as hard as possible and that's it.

So, even if CS2D does have trading cards, they can be simply tied to play time or other variables, since it's a F2P game and people will try to abuse multiple accounts in order to get profit from a free game.

tl;dr - for a F2P game like CS2D, the priority is achievements > trading cards.

I agree with @user medeiros. Steam Achievements even give items in Team Fortress 2, there're "achievement servers" in CS:S, TF2, CS:GO and Valve punishes nobody. There's little point to try and defend the achievement system. This effort can be put into creating anti-cheat mechanics, server- and client-side.
Trading cards: Some Free2Play games have them for all Steam users like Defiance (presumably only for level >5 or >8), other give a trading card each 10$ spent for in-game purchases (Adventure Capitalist). There must be conditions for developers, other than that - yes, it will attract mostly trading card hunters.

Achievements. Do they have to be grindy? Hell yeah, go farm those 1337k damage like in GMod. They're boring and less than 2% of the whole userbase cares about them.
Payday 2 however, has some creative achievements that not only require you to find reliable people to play with, but also challenge you in different ways (go and try to finish a level with MELEE only). I was told (read) that another good examples of achievements is FTL: Father Than Light because "it makes players go out of their way to achieve them".

Yet you must create achievements with care. They shouldn't affect multiplayer teamplay in a negative way. For example you don't want a player to win a Construction match without having built buildings - in order to fulfill this achievement the player will not help his team as he could have.

• Together we're faster - Upgrade a Supply to a Super Supply with together with 5 players
• Solid Foundation - Have a wall that didn't break after receiving 200% damage (it requires players to repair it)
• Unpassable frontier - Make 15 kills with a single Turret
• Straight into Battle - Use a teleport entrance that teleports you within 9 tiles range of enemy spawn point
• Bushwookie - Kill an enemy player from under a tree or a palm
• I can still smell you... - Kill an enemy player from outside of your screen
• I don't waste bullets - One shot, Two kills.
• Common denominator - Destroy 3 objects with 1 grenade.
• We are number one - Kill 11 enemy players with only 1 death.
• Spreading lead - Win a shotgun duel
• Flying lead - Kill 3 players without releasing the trigger (of the M249)
• You scared the !@#$ out of me! - Run into the same smoke grenade cloud as your friend (Steam friend or simply team mate)
• I... can't... stop... - Write 3 chat messages within 2 seconds
• All body parts in place - Help your team mates teleport through one of your portals at least 30 times.
• I can see light at the end of the tunnel - Get killed immediately after exiting a portal.
• Fully armed - Build Supplies close to each other that spawn Kevlar+Helm, a grenade, a primary and a secondary weapon (Current Supply lvl1 doesn't have secondary weapons)
• I said NO! - Wiggle left and right 3 times.
• To a hair's breadth - Diagonally repair an obstructed building (you need to exactly aim at 45 degrees)
• Street Art - Spray your graffiti next to other player's spray (2, 3, 4 players, on top of other sprays should count too - small range of 4x4 or so)
• The struggling minority - Choose Auto-Select for team selection to join the losing/smaller team
• I'm paving the way - Run through 5 enemy barbed wires and don't die
• Don't blame it on me! - Drop a bomb in Standard gamemode that nobody could pick up and lose this round (this achievement should be achieved early enough, so nobody is going to try and lose a round on purpose)
• You gotta be kidding me?! - Leave a player alive with 1hp and get killed by him.
• Dead angle - Kill a player with your team mate in Fog of War so that he doesn't see either of you
• Nothing can divide us - Kill an enemy with a wall in between (grenade/molotov/air strike...)
• We no speak americano - Change the language of the game (force players to look into settings, unless it's automatically set by Steam preferences)
• My Testament - In Capture The Flag gamemode, steal the enemy flag off the pedestal, get killed with the flag on hand and have a team mate carry the flag to your own flag to win the game.
• Fried chicken - Burn a stealth enemy with a flamethrower
• Commercial secret - Use radio commands or team chat 250 times (flooding doesn't count, like max. 1 message/radio per 10 seconds)
• Joint Venture - Build your own Dispenser or Supply next to the enemies' Supply
• "Good investment!" - Receive n ticks/n$ money from other players' Dispensers.
• Hack'n'Slash - Kill 30 players with a machete
• The helping hand - Help to upgrade ally buildings (n ticks)
• "I'll keep an eye on it" - Help to repair ally buildings (n ticks, increased reward for lvl2+ buildings (except walls) or make this another achievement)
• "I didn't sign up for this!" - Change the team because of auto-balance
• Deadly sin (hidden achievement, kill player as soon as he achieves it, only triggers once) - Shoot at a building that your team mate is upgrading that has less than 25% upgrade (a player with wrench must be nearby)
• Industrial sabotage - Prevent N times/N% enemy building upgrades
• Just a little scratch - turn X players into zombies by hitting them in Zombies! gamemode
