And both can be bought in shop. And mutch ppl playing minecrafta re kids who dont owned credit card. And parents dont wotn to pay trought interent with cedit card so i think it is useles. I play minecraft as free user and i think it is enoguht. And development of minecraft can be canceled cuz tehre is only 1 maker and if he dont get enoguht cash say b minecraft. I better play gmod or css. gmod is similiar to minecraft but better graphic and it is FPS.

And why should i cry it is my opinion and you cant force me to buy something i dont want. I got enought creativity on some server i was uber admin or admin just for nice buildings. I like building games. But i dont like to pay for game like this is. It is in alpha and.... what i get by buying it. I get surviver mode and custom player. How long it going to take until it is in gold. It is in development for years how you allready said. And it is still alpha. So it soing to take at least 10 years until beta or 15 to gold/final version. And what am i going to do 15 and 10 years. I am going to have a job adn otther reall life stuff so it is really useles to buy it + there is chance of canceling the development. Soooo.... what now. I am wasted 10$ for nothing?

Anyway minecraft can be boring after few days weeks or months. Gmod? never. Only thing what is limited in Gmod it your mind. You can build anything you want. And it is just same 10$ like minecraft becouse css or half life: I can borow half life from friend for FREE or download CSS for free. In my opinion i better buy gmod than minecraft.

Gmod is alot different than minecraft you graphical whore
Tell me when you can manipulate water and the terrain and Ill buy Gmod again.
And you are complaining just because your parents didnt bought you this game?
and no GMOD aint available on discs,its available online and thats what gmod's site says
And your argument is based on the fact that minecraft can be stopped being worked on and also that CS:S is free which means you are a measly pirate
I agree you cannot get bored with gmod but so you cannot with minecraft
You havent even played a game and you are already complaining?
The developing team consists of now 4 members as he expanded and he is also talking to valve about some stuff related to the game.
If he stops working on minecraft,he will have no job as the only job he has is minecraft.
and seriously now,you are comparing Gmod which is out of beta and Minecraft which hasnt even hit beta yet
I see potential in minecraft which would be increased by the addition of user created mods
Gmod is good because it has lasted for years and is full of modifications,Got bored of default stuff?Get the wiremod or something.
If you have ever played minecraft by which I mean REAL minecraft instead of the old outdated creative you should have known what is there to do.

Minecraft is good i like it but it is pointles to pay for game what is in alpha and going to take 20 years until it reach gold. You going to have oever 30 years if you are 14 so that means you dont going to have time to play it.

I just say it is better to spend 30$ on gmod and have lot of fun online and offline than spenind 10$ for nothing. And yeah you can get bored with minecraft. It is jut building building BUILDING... and bulding. No turrets not shotguns no guns no zombies. I mean, yo ucanot build an advanced stuff.

And i played minecraft for 1 year it was awesomnes on first week than it was boring. Dont say if you dont know

I have very long minecraft played but now not more cuz i have steam and css & l4d 1and 2. It was really a awesome Game but shit Hackerz!

Actually, there are zombies in Minecraft.
And instead of shotguns, it has arrows and bows.
Turrets? Well, using some TNT and Redstone Wire, you can build "turrets". Okay, it's more like cannons, but it's working.

what are you talking about? yes, you're right, it hasnt reached gold yet, but I have to say it would be ridiculous to give Minecraft the gold state right now. because gold means the game is finished, done, no more changes/new features in future. just think about it. people would go and hunt notch down if he said he'd stop developing Minecraft!

also, you can already have fun playing Minecraft, no need to wait 20 years.

well, there might be a few little bugs but as notch brings up a new update nearly every friday most of them get fixed really fast and notch often also includes new features into his updates!

Minecraft isnt just about "building building BUILDING... and bulding" any more since it has a survival mode, that thing which earns notch several tousands of dollars a DAY!
so the survival mode is about mining, crafting, discovering, hunting, a little bit of building, of course, and not to forget: surviving. and the most importat thing: having fun!
furthermore you can also play Minecraft either online or offline!

well, if it was one year ago the last time you played it you definitely should play it again now. a lot of things have changed since then and as far as I know Minecraft Alpha is free this weekend due to some problems caused by the big traffic that happened to appear whenever notch brought up a new update lately (but which has nothing to do with minecraft itself rather than the "tiny" band width the old update server had so notch now is going to get a new updating system). so, as it it free until this is fixed, why dont you go and play it to give it a try?

About that surviver mode. I would really like to play it to discover craft. But you cant do it without buying the game. You just cant. I really dont wont to pay trought interent i never did and i am never going to. I like games what i can buy in shop. If you wont to know truith. I dont have got any pc game bought. I downloaded over 100 pc games.

I like minecraft i LOVe lava survivor servers. But pay for it is useles now. And i think 6 stars for alpha version is more than enought

You're incorrect spelling and nonexistent grammar, Ultr4, is atrocious. Usually when people talk about Minecraft they're talking about the Alpha version; the latest version. Voting about something you've not tired, and spewing, to phrase this best, 'hate', just pollutes the forums. Vibhor has made good points, as has Hurri. One of your main points (complaints?) is that you've to pay for MC. Funny, I thought products cost money. I could be wrong. Please, stop degrading the forums, and more specifically, intelligent individuals' conversations.

In other news I've been taking a MC 'picture story' similar to this. But more with pictures instead of text, although I might add captions to it later. You should know the whole truth and i hope he will fail on 100% in makeing minecraft. you also forgot to mention that Notch used free, open sourced game called "Infiminer" to create minecraft and hasn't given a single dollar out of is 2.2m usd to the guys who created the basically half of the game AND that dipshit viral marketed "his" game over fucking forums, spamming threads and posts. I say robbing that faggot is like stealing from riches and giving to the poor.

*sigh*, what you said is completely senseless, the only external piece of code, the only piece of code not created by him, is the lwjgl files. Minecraft is written in Java, infiniminer is not, porting the source from one to the other would just be silly. He did not use Infiniminer to create Minecraft, he started the project before knowing about Infiniminer. The main inspiration was Dwarf Fortress, Infiniminer was only the source (No, nothing about code, just meant the idea) for the 3d design. Originally, MC was supposed to be in 2d. I don't know why I even have to argue with you, anyone who can use a brain could tell you you're wrong. Not only have you failed at any grammar and spelling within your post(s), but you've also mistaken Notch for Norch. And about the lwjgl files, in case you're wondering, are just for the basics, 3d sound & graphics, OpenGL, mouse interface etc. Who spammed posts on the forums? I remember when these forums didn't have kiddies crawling around everywhere.
