EDIT= HAHA!!! I have revealed the rumour that .x files do work on stranded! and it has fixed the assualt rifle for me! so know i figered out that, my next release will be much faster.

new changelog= (for next version)
*adding that elite
*now randomly when shooting he smacks his enemy with      barrel before firing
*weapon damages changed
     as seen above, i have made the assualt rifle      upright and used .x file
new stuff=
*new flyable 3rd person photo textured banshee, and now fixes warthod with textures and correct diving
new stuff coming along

i need help with the icons though, if anyone is willing to help it would be much appreciated and given credit (they have to be good )

If you make the models with Blender you can also change the background color to black and your camera properties to 40x40 pixel and save the rendered image as your icon.

The only gun that does that is the assault rifle but is fixed in next version that comes out in august (ask jesterhead why) i can't work on the mod till then anyway, comp crashed pretty badly and i am fixing it, so things going slowly and i can't fix thwarting height Anymore than it is sorry

No all they guns are help upside down and low to the ground energy sword i think is the only working one and all default tools are help upside down and close to the ground to. Fix and I give you cookie Also it says in the console error for all the guns/ modded parts. I looked in the console it says (for example) M90 script 110 row 1 then script 28 error and gun is held really low to the ground.

Carloskiller, im not intending to make this better than any mod so comparing is just stupid, next release has no bugs, but alas, i have to wait till august and only the assault rifle is held upside down on old release, unless your messing with the code or models or scripts and the energy sword infact doesn't work, so it might have to do with you doing something wrong and yes i know about the tools but deal with it till august or fix it yourself if its a problem. I know about the console bug, read first post, or ignore it (not possible with a.r) release after next release is going to be better, seeing that im going to use vectors script if i can instead of filfers.

GOOD NEWS=
i don't have to wait till august, but roughly April instead which is a huge relief

anybody got any ideas of what to add next? Preferably a unit or item coz im kinda stuck on ideas

im sort of working on this mod at a friends and have made the banshee have banshee bombs, and its freaking awesome
its also in 3rd person

but i seriously need ideas

But the progress you made with the vehicles is pretty interesting, the models are perfect.


Can't wait until you texture the spaceship thing and the jeep with the minigun.

Downloaded new patch but still guns are really glitchy(upside down backwards spin around when shooting) please fix it or take another look at your guns.

new menu intro with music from halo 2, as well as some extra halo 2 songs including blow me away (with lyrics).

Better graphical blood (sprays instead of fountains)

better graphical units.

New character that can trade/stay put/follow and when I release the update, hopefully able to shoot too.

fully textured weapons including plasma pistol, plasma carbine, rocket launcher,magnum, assault rifle, m90 shotgun, sniper, plasma grenades, frag grenades, energy sword, ect;

every weapon except the chaingun and and some tools are held correctly, including height, size, ect;

I could go on forever.

Infact the only thing stopping me from releasing right now is the fact that im capped on internet, that new character (his identity is a surprise- damn I said its a he!), and the fact i still lack maps for this mod.

If anyone could help map this please, it would take weeks off the next release.

EDIT AGAIN= coug i'm working on a new version of halo mod that its impossible to spin around when shooting, ect. I just need to know if you can run s2.5 properly.
