Weaker Scout its the most unbalanced noob weapon in game! Ct and T against zombies like CSS 
Obstacle Building (i don't give a F*** about your lua.) (and i seen a post "how to destroy it without explosives?" u cant simply build a supply and make HE's its Construction and obstacles got limit like 5 or so) Bots Get Flashed (stun or shoot around...)
Use_Password would be awesome for some missions (like single-player or in Town maps with doors RP) Rocket Turret (can be upgraded) npc_Soldier can carry weapon you set (Rpg,awp,m4...)Make Rpg7 don't shot straight make it a bit inaccurate to the side.Add weather_Sand-Storm

Zombies types (no head,arms,legs(slowest)etc.)Many new buildingsPlayer swim in water (can't shot)Special orders like backup (4 friend npc_soldier for 10000 $)New npc_heli or animals 
Special inteligent Bots like in CS 1.6 Single player Mode!!!
