1) Put mdl file to the empty folder
2) Go to MilkShape3D > Tools > Kratisto's Half-life MDL Decompiler v1.2 , choose that model and press ok to decompile
3) Go to MilkShape3D > Files > import > Half-life SMD

1) Go to right bar > Materials > Choose your material and press the top button where is " <none> "
But i recomend you to use a blender because in milkshape you can't make a model's UV map.
Edit: W can write too on Hmachi if You have it join to:SII Multiplayer Pass:123 See post 1
EDIT 2: Is possible to convert .bsp files for .3ds? I need this for maps

You can change the name of exe file + change the options in bat files.I do that in my mod

By the way, try some tools which can restore files. For example freeware Recuva

Letter was changed ? I guess there is no matter whas's the letter. Try search for mod files.
so this is unposibble to recover it I must start from latest version 
EDIT: I want start everything now so be patient!
