@oxy Well, we have an awesome panel too. You can turn it on/off, upload files and create folders, edit server configurations and change language.

I don't want to be in competition with you

We are currently developing our own panel, simple at first, and then more complicated

How much costumers do you have? I don't really believe you. Do you know how hard it is to support free servers? Take a look at this and I need to solve the problems and help them for absolutely no charge. I am using "board" for support. And you say that you're using messenger. If my main mail box (- Email address (only visible with login) -) is spammed like hell, what would your messenger look like.

Only 25 servs, just MineCraft, or TeamSpeak, but nearly, CS:GO and CS:S (partnership with communauty).

I know, you can't believe in me, I work on marketing 2-4 hours /per day for easyHD Hosting, however it's my real work, (I study it).

Why put free offers ? Since August, we are making our marketing strategy, for MineCraft. Nobody believe in us.
But, all days, I will take 2~3 orders. 2 servers are yet full. Our marketing strategy is succesfull for MineCraft, why not for CS2D ?

As you write it, it's hard to support free servers. It's why we have to launch free servers. We must test our Technical Support, and Minecraft offers no longer sufficient. It must be overloaded to begin to understand our negatives aspects.

In our team, i've real problem with the website. All my team love work in "direct-live", but they have difficulty to work with board. It's not lost We can improve that ;).

It's why our Technical Support currently has 2 personns + me, commercial support has 1 person + me.

Depending on demand, our team will grow, I get requests every day, with friends who do not ask to be paid but to know more about computers in general, and then the commercial support passes control to technical support when the questions are more complicated, and ultimately for me, if they are not in our knowledge base.

No, sorry. But ping is alright - I am running more than 30 servers and I can run even more.
