Mir: Weighing 100 kg at 17 isn't normal. Your muscle mass can't weigh over 15 kgs, so most likely you're fat as well. If not, post a timestamped pic.
EpicCrisis: You're correct, but that energy that it stores all turns into fat, which is also why a lot of people have fat only in certain places.
palomino: I just finished bulking, which is gaining as much muscle and a bit of fat in a period of time, which allows you to achieve maximum muscle growth at a low % of BF. I'm just about to start my cut, I plan on cutting down to ~80 by November. I fucked up on this bulk though lol, I usually max it at 90-95kg but went over by 5kg which is pretty bad. Oh by the way, I live in Australia just incase you're thinking "wtf, why is this guy bulking in Summer?", I'm not.
