My friend give old computer windows xp. When i open cs2d after 5 sec i got like Speed hack detected WHAT THE FUCK_

Get a real PC. This doesn't happen on PCs which are 10 years old or younger. Or run Windows update and check for viruses.

Well your friend must'v been a hacker. Delete any hacks you find in your cs2d folder, remove viruses (like DC said), and try reinstalling it if you did all the steps and it's still there.
