I have a theory that the bots have some kind of inability to aim at targets when a enemy player or bot is not moving or attempting to knife or shoot. It's a kind of glitch that needs to be looked into as sometimes the bot will just walk pass players and attempt to cut them but failing and swinging the knife in mid-air at some other fairy tale position. I find it quite hilarious though. It's not really a big bug just a really small one.

It's also quite easy to reproduce this bug. All you need to do is somehow find a way to glitch in-game so that the game server can not register your movement and therefor it result in the bots being unable to locate and see you. When it happens I see it as a advantage but I believe it's a unfortunate event as players can use this in player vs. bot game servers to their advantage, so that's perhaps the main reason why I want a game with as less bugs as possible but that's just me.

I also discovered a way to totally strip the player from all carried weapons via Lua, even the knife can be totally taken away. But I believe that's not a bug, it's more a useful thing if you want to create something like kreedz climb (kz_) type of maps or something in that nature, so that the players can not kill eachother and instead climb peacefully by trying to walk different paths which can be quite difficult. Afterall I was the first guy who designed a deathrun map for CS2D quite some time ago. I even attempted to create a kreedz climb map because I believe that anything can be accomplished with just a good idea to start off with.

Threads only get closed if it's really necessary (flame wars, too much off-topic, generally shitload of spam posts, etc.)

Maybe some people still want to post here later instead of creating a new thread, which is impossible if the thread is closed, of course.

True as there would be no need to close threads/topics just because you think you are done and or have said the most, as some users can always provide good answers in the thread and that's why most threads stay open. Until of course certain users create havoc in the thread which will make the thread closed indefinitely.
