Good: Use Speedhack knob to make the whole game more faster or slower. Bad: This knob will affect everything in the game, ever yours character speed. You'll need to search for the exact offset which is related to the daytime speed to fix that.P.S.: DC don't ban me (I'm already banned but...) that's an offline game.

MrLittlePervert: Sorry, I don't know other methods. I wrote about Cheat Engine only because it sounds like a fancy solution. 
A black sprite then you raise the opacity with delays that you like.
