Well, considering the game is Called CS2D, i wouldnt think anyone would need a graphics card that supports Direct X 3D... My friend has a old computer with a old graphics card, We used to be able to play CS2d toguther, but after the last update, Cs2d didnt work anymore cuz now you need a 3d supported graphics card..

So can someone tell me why CS2D need a 3D graphics card when it's a 2D game?

Yes, CS2D do requires 3D-acceleration.
But how about a version without those 3D accelerated graphics.
