at first: creative!
i loved this scope effect in call of duty, so i downloaded your skin. The red dot is great, you can aim better with it and it looks nice but thing around it is not good. It would be good in an 3d game but not in an 2d game becouse when you aim right and left it looks very ugly!
anyway, make an skin with just an red dot an another special scope graphic and i will rate 5/5 !

Put the dot in the midde, so you can actually use it. It's also very small...

Also you shouldn't put your rules thing in the spoiler.

This is not a very nice colour at all if you asked me. Yellow resembles vomit in too many ways.

But yeah, a bit wierd, and the fact that the red dot is not in the middle of the image makes it un-usable, u will not shoot at the same thing the red dot is above.
