Translate to: Your local (!) IP. This ( http://unrealsoftware.de/files_show.php?file=1859 ) tool should show it.

Local IP goes to "Translate to". You can give the online IP to your friends so that they can connect via IP.

But in Translate To i cant type more than 5 letters,numbers

EDIT : Hovewer there is such option in some other place like ASSIGN A NEW GAME OR APPLICATION TO LOCAL NETWORK DEVICE. And i can assign it to my computer but i dont know if its local IP stuff...
