The humans were eventually developed and advanced enough to reason and became the humans we are today.
We today ask what happened in the past, dwelling in what we thought to be our ancestors.
What we thought to be our ancestors was actually us. Every million years or so, a new set of humans were eliminated only to be followed by those
who came to the same conclusion and the same fate. Twas the curse that the gods lay upon man for destroying Gaea.
