This is an interesting problem that I've stumbled across on Reddit yesterday.

Find the encryption/decryption algorithm used in http://failboat.me/Encryption.jar

Hint: the creator is a minecraft fan who apparently cannot spell correctly
Hint2: the package is encrypted in order to prevent partial decompilation, but decompiling may still help.
