It depends on how you see it and what OS that you're using when directing movies, so if you don't think Adobe Premier fit your likings, then don't use it. But I would prefer using it along with the Adobe After Effects. It gives great results. Do you really think it's better than Avid Liquid or Final Cut (for Mac OS)?
Never heard of Avid Liquid though. I will look through it some other time.

Mac OS and Macintosh comp. is too expensive for me ~2000-3000$ for Russian price so i can't buy it

I don't own a Mac but that's only yet. Buy it and love it.
