As you can see it appears on my browsers and other aplications which is pretty annoying, is there way to fix it, i saw people who didnt have this problem, can you help me please ?

Rocket Dock Preferences > uncheck keep on top of windows.
Apache uwu has writtenDocks are supposed to be useful, what use do they do if they aren't ontop of windows? You could just place it at the bottom. :S
Ehem... you didnt get it, its good they are up there but they appeared in my firefox and overlaped.
Nwm thanks for help guys i allready fixed it and fix was.
Postition>layers>normal> that did the trick
