lol! I was gonna say that but I have next to no experience with win7...as I said before.
You could also start winrar with adminstrator rights (rightclick the shortcut and click on "run as admin")

i dont think u can choose run as administrator for WinRAR becuase you don't run winrar you just open files w/ it
Wrong. Look after the folder in wich you instaled winrar, and execute it. Not sure where it is, but I'm sure there's a file wich you can run winrar with. Probably winrar.exe ?
Corvallis5: Erm. In order to open an archive in WinRAR, the WinRAR process must first be executed. So, you ARE running it.What folder are you trying to unzip to?
