Hi everyone, I've been thinking about upgrading my Pc, but I'm not sure what to upgrade first, the processor or the gpu....

My computer right now:
∗ Processor: Amd athlon ii x2 250 (3.0 ghz)
∗ Ram: 2 gb
∗ Gpu: ATI radeon hd 4250 (512 mb of shared memory)
∗ OS: Windows 7 32 bits
The whole pc cost me $300 (Really cheap) and its not that bad, it can run actual games with mixed settings, but still im looking for something better than just 15 to 30 fps...

Im planning to change my processor for a AMD FX-8120 a 3.1GHz (Bulldozer) - 8 cores,8MB L2 Cache + 8MB L3 Cache, Socket AM3+. ($244.30)

And my GPU for a Powercolor AMD Radeon HD6750, 1GB GDDR5 128bit, VGA, DVI & HDMI, DX11, PCI-E x16 2.1
($124.70)

So what do I buy first? Processor or gpu? And if you can recommend me something better feel free to do it.

Your processor is quite fine, I don't see why you would want to buy a processor which you want to buy, so I think a GPU would be preferable if you're a gamer, then - the RAM.

I personally have an Nvidia GTX 560 Ti (1 GB memory), an Intel i5 Quad Core at 3.2 GHz and 4 GB of RAM and I can run, for example, Battlefield 3 on ultra without any lag.

Yes, they're a good choice, their perfomance match the AMD Phenom II processors without a big difference in price (less than 35 dollars) plus they've got that nice APU integrated.

Anyways, you should focus on getting an AMD 6xxx video card and THEN get the AMD Llano processor, since the APU isn't nearly as powerful as a dedicated graphics card (but combining an AMD card with an AMD Llano APU in Xfire can make a kickass combination for games)
