This is really just a shout out to all the women&girls out there. It's safe to say that us -- men really enjoy having you around. I realize most countries do not "celebrate" this as a holiday, but I'm sure you can always tell them that you appreciate them.
The theme for 2012 is hunger&poverty, it has always been an issue, but to be honest that's a drastic change from 2011 and 2010.
Yeah! , but they really shouldn't have a holiday that selects who can take time off, like what about female school teachers?
Pff. In Holland we have some dumb day called 'laugh day'. The idea was to send clowns all over the country to make people laugh, but no one gives a shit about it.
If we'd post a new thread about every holiday there would be a new thread daily.
haha! I'd probably start a thread about that as well, regardless though this isn't exactly "international" a lot of countries do celebrate this as a holiday.
and imo: it's a good holiday to think about yeah heart tags
Ah yes the first victory of the red army, however it's not "International". What's odd is that Canada celebrates Men's day but not Women's day, and the same thing as well as vice versa for a lot of the other countries.
Woah, woah, woah, don't mention them! palomino will come in busting with his liberal speeches!
LOL DUNT CAER!
Have to admit that I never knew anything about this holiday event until Google showed me it. I wouldn't be too surprised if people didn't really care or know much about it though.
