is there a way to disable the anti chat flooding or make it more lenient (preferably more lenient)? i cant seem to find where i can change this

I believe it was hardcoded into the source. It will automatically kick/remove players that say too much stuff in a period of time.

Maybe mp_cooldown for anti-flood.
0 = Normal / No cooldown
1+ = Seconds cooldown, text doesn't appear in chat when not yet cooled down

Example:
mp_cooldown 5
The player can only send text in chat every 5 seconds.
