Creating actual new guns/items is not possible. You can modify existing ones so it seems like there are new ones but you can't actually add new guns.

You can't suggest a new gun to DC as he doesn't want them I think but you can change the textures.

How to change the GFX?
1.Go to cs2d folder.
2.Go to gfx/weapons/(weapon name).
3.Press right click (right mouse) on the picture.
4.Press edit.
5.Well done !
