Just i want ask why your ban users with video proof.
I do ban people however, if they upload cheat videos to their very own YouTube account which is linked in their UnrealSoftware.de profile.
btw: Multi accs are forbidden, cheating is forbidden as well. Banned.

Chingy: Yes, it is very stupid and most cheaters are very stupid. This actually happened several times with different users/accounts already.
