I got the solution, next time you see him.

Open your console.
Write "listplayers" and then write "screenshot" and you'll take a direct screenshot of all the players, then use paint or other programme and use the rectangle thing and make a rectangle over the suspect!

Then save and upload it here, and we can discuss it lol.
Or maybe capture him on a video that's even better.
