Rules
The Bomb is optional
Snipers are optional *both sides must agree to have them off*
No hacking, cheating, using commands to get an advantage ex: uprate 3
Must have Uprate 1 and Blood 0 while playing a tournament match
Divisions 2v2
To apply for entry here is the format

Winner has a choice between 50.00$ USD or a 10 slot public or private server for 1 year.

will there be any rules about ping?
because if one of the teams constantly has a ping average of over 200, there is not much of a point playing a match...

i dont wanna be pessimistic, but if that happens we'll probably again have the classic and borring conflict between european and south american players...
